Aon Tarot service - Refund policy

• Eligible cases for refund: We offer refunds if the Reader or client cannot establish contact, a session method cannot be agreed upon, or the client provides notice of cancellation before the scheduled deadline.

• Domestic payments (Vietnam): For domestic transactions made via bank transfer, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

• International payments: For transactions outside of Vietnam made through online payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe.

• Gateway fee deduction: Since transaction fees are non-refundable by international payment gateways, this fee (approximately 4.4% + $0.30) will be deducted from the client's total refund amount.
